Shauna MacNeil

Shauna is one of the Care Coordinators at RWHC. Shauna is responsible for initiating and coordinating client schedules, overseeing the onboarding and orientation of new caregivers, ensuring exceptional caregiver services, and offering continuous support and guidance to our caregiving team.

Throughout my life, I have always had a passion for caring for others. Previous to this role, my professional background centered on office administration, human resources and payroll management. I was looking for a change, and when I joined the RWHC team, I found an opportunity to expand upon the skills and knowledge I acquired from caring for my own family members in my hometown of Kingston Ontario and began working as a caregiver. I was able to apply my previous administrative skills and caregiving experience into mentoring, scheduling and supporting RWHC caregivers. Recognizing my diverse experience I was promoted to Care Scheduler in 2022.  

Outside of work, I cherish moments with my family, enjoy reading, and embarking on outdoor adventures with my son. My family is the most important thing in my life, and being part of a family-owned company with a mission to help loved ones to stay together is one of the many reasons I find fulfillment in working for RWHC.
